At F3TC, our mission is to provide a fun, safe, and positive environment where progress comes fast.
Drawing on Michelle’s extensive knowledge, technique, and experience, our training method uses a combination of drills, stations, and exercises that help athletes at any level achieve success. Her philosophy of “perfection before progression” ensures that athletes master fundamental skills before moving on, building a strong foundation for long-term development.
We believe every student should be treated fairly and given the opportunity to build self-confidence and skill in a space where they feel welcome—and never just a number.
